This week has been full of events, especially in the Middle East. While political analysts are guessing which Middle Eastern nation will side with Russia and Iran in Syria, Russia launches its naval airstrikes on ISIS targets. However, many Western officials believe that it’s not exclusively ISIS targets whom Russia is targeting with its bombings, while NATO officials have noticed “troubling escalation of Russian military activities” in Syria.

Meanwhile, the U.K. will be sending its troops to the Baltic states to deter the Russian aggression in the region, according to Defense Secretary Michael Fallon.

But let’s not burden ourselves with bad news: 211 new species have been found in Himalayas, including funny-looking sneezing monkeys.
