This bar and restaurant in Marylebone is known for serving Peruvian-inspired dishes with a touch of British' best for years now, and we simply adore their culinary offerings. Their rustic cooking techniques and expertly-made cocktails with the use of British herbs and seasonal berries are to die for. For a weekend brunch, we're especially looking forward to try the their hot smoked salmon served in a warm bowl with vibrantly green wild garlic, roasted barley and a poached egg. Definitely a must when you visit!

This adorable coffee shop in 128 Wardour Street is perfect for city lovers who want to seek the best caffeine offerings in the metro this weekend. Apart from coffee, they also offer cakes and other treats for a delightful experience. If you're looking to pair your espresso with something palatable, then order the caramelised garlic bread or the French dark sourdough, or maybe the lovely cinnamon buns they do for a brilliant accompaniment. And in case you can't leave the house because you have allergies or flu, the best thing about Gail's is that they deliver!

Up for a little Thai cuisine with your family this weekend? Head over to Som Saa which is a Thai barbecue restaurant found along Denmark Street. Their Oriental offerings include the "gai yang" which is a grilled chicken leg with jaew dipping sauce as well as the "som tam", a green papaya salad in Bangkok or Isaan style which we love!

Zakir Hussain returns to the Southbank Centre this weekend for a night of music and culture. In last year's Pulse of the World performance, Zahir brought together the Indian classical music and the rich heritage of Celtic music to greater heights. There will be a pre-concert screening at 6:45PM at The Clore Ballroom at the Royal Festival Hall. Meanwhile, you can also choose to attend the post-concert talk at the Royal Festival Hall as well as there will be a discussion with Zahir himself along with Zane Dalal and chaired by Gillian Moore.

Up for a fight night this weekend with the gents? Head over to the O2 Arena and witness Shannon Briggs face the 6'7" giant and former European Heavyweight Champion, Alexander Dimitrenko. Nothing more exciting and palpitating than seeing another former two-weight world champion, David Haye, face the undefeated Arnold ‘The Cobra’ Gjergjaj. Who will continue their heavyweight legacy, and who will go home with a bruised face and ego? Book your tickets to find out, or just turn up tomorrow.
