Powersuits Has Never Been this Stylish and Powerful
The power suit has been an iconic workwear piece ever since the 1980s, and now it's finally making a comeback. According to Christina Binkley of The Wall Street Journal, “Twenty-three years after Vogue magazine declared the era of power dressing over, the power suit is making a return.” Power suits have been accompanied with the idea of just men wearing it in their offices, but now it has been redesigned for the modern women of today: strong-willed, talented and powerful. Even fashion designer Giorgio Armani has this to say about women and power suits, "Power once, and power now, are very different. Now, power can be feminine.” And since we consider ourselves truly capable of being our own "superheroes" in the office, we've curated a handful of blazers and trousers that represent what being a woman in the workplace looks like: stylish.
