Avoid Late Night Smart Phone Checking
So you lay in bed at 9 in the evening and you’re determined to drift off to dreamland before 10 but sleep is far from happening so you decided to check Facebook, Twitter and even Instagram for a few minutes. The next thing you know, your 5-10 minutes turned out to be an hour so you miss your 10 p.m. sleeping goal. What’s the best thing to do to avoid such turmoil and remedy such situation? Make sure to turn off your phone or even put it in a flight mode once you are in your comfy bed, this in turn will prevent you from the urge of checking your phone.
Practice a Good Sleeping Pattern
Make it a habit to go to bed at a daily schedule since it will allow you to get a quality sleep. A peaceful and restful sleep will ensure that you will have enough energy the following day thus giving you positive vibes and happy thoughts once you wake up.
