Working out, despite having a lot of pros, can also have some cons. When you exercise, your breasts also tend to go up and down... side to side, mimicking your movement. When done rigorously and unsupported, A cup breasts move about an inch and a half and a D cup bounces to approximately three inches more. The stakes of having saggy boobs, are well, high. But wearing a good sports bra can ultimately cut the movement in half.
