The Protein Power

What does it say? The Protein Power diet is a high-protein, low-carbohydrates diet. It is based on the theory that lowering your body’s insulin levels which regulates carbohydrate metabolism and triggers the body to make glucagon (a hormone that burns stored fat for energy) will help in weight lost.
