- 2 peeled and sliced bananas
- 1 cup of peeled, seeded and diced papaya
- 2/3 of a cup of orange juice
1. Place the papaya and bananas in your freezer insider a plastic bag. Leave them there for an hour or so.
2. Add the frozen fruit to your blender with the juice and blend it all until smooth
Provides 4 servings or 2 and a half cups.
