Every once in a while, it’s nice to have meals that have no trace of meat in them, yes? It’s a light and refreshing change for our eating habit that will lead us to a satisfied and healthy state of well-being. With this in mind, MYC Writer Abby Caranto have compiled several meatless meal ideas for you to try this season -- trust that they're incredibly delicious and meat-free.

Quinoa-stuffed Bell Peppers

You won’t miss the ground meat in these quinoa-stuffed bell peppers. Quinoa has practically the same protein content, and spiced with herbs and roasted with lots of cheeses, it can qualify as an incredibly-tasting lunch—or snack!
