Losing weight is never easy, especially when you have to drain some post-pregnancy pounds and, as if things weren’t hard enough, women have to face many factors of stress after giving birth, from looking after the new-born to being sleep-deprived for the first few months (if they’re lucky even less!).

But what happens when it comes to celebrity moms who need to lose weight super-fast? According to doctors, after giving birth, you should wait about six weeks before beginning an exercise routine or even longer if you’ve had a Caesarean section. What can be helpful during these six weeks is conducting a healthy life and staying active without exaggerating. On average, it takes “normal moms” as many months to lose the pregnancy weight as it does to gain it but, when talking about celebrities, the timings seems to be far more accelerated.

Move, move, move

It doesn’t matter how, as long as you move and avoid laying down or staying on the sofa for too long. Even walking around your block is a good exercise and, with some creativity, you can use the stroller as a gym tool.

According to doctors, in fact, pushing a stroller for about 2 miles in half an hour will burn 150 calories, which is a lot in just 30 minutes!

Breastfeed

As Beyoncé said, not only breastfeeding creates a bond between mother and son, but it also helps you lose the baby weight and burn lots of calories doing basically nothing. Just think that, daily, you can burn from 600 to 800 calories, by comfortably laying and feeding your baby. Amazing!

Lift weights

We mean, you don’t need to go to the gym or buy professional weights, you can use your baby and do some exercises to train your abs, arms and legs. This is definitely the funniest way to exercise together with your toddler!
