Abu Dhabi Grand Slam Jiu-Jitsu Tour at the London ExCel

Who's ready for the Abu Dhabi Grand Slam JJ World Tour happening this weekend? Athletes who are interested to join can take part in this first ever World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Tour organized exclusively by UAEJJF. A psychological thriller that is a welcome break from the usual fare, 10 Cloverfield Lane takes keeps the audience guessing with its twists and turns. The film stars Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Michelle, a young woman who finds herself confined in a safe house along with two men after surviving a horrific accident. Adapted from JG Ballard’s classic novel, “High Rise” is a dark comedy, sci-fi/drama that paints a picture of the First World Strife as a social community living in a high rise building. A doctor moves into a high rise society that separates itself from the world and gradually things start spirally as the residents divide into tribes by themselves. Strange and Familiar: Britain as Revealed by International Photographers

Iconic British photographer, Martin Parr, is going to share how photographers from the 1930s onwards have captured the social, cultural and political identity of the United Kingdom via the "Strange and Familiar" art gallery happening this weekend curated by Parr himself. The exhibit will showcase portraiture, social documentary, street and architectural photography, celebrating the works of talented photographers such as Henri Cartier-Bresson, Rineke Dijkstra, Robert Frank and Garry Winogrand. It's an exhibit worth visiting. Imran Qureshi: Where the Shadows are so Deep

Pakistani artist Imran Qureshi is going to feature a series of exquisite miniature paintings, drawing upon The Curve as a motif for his work of art in his first ever major London commission entitled "Where the Shadows are so Deep". Qureshi will begin with gentle scenes of nature and gradually introduces darker elements into his paintings; a perfect fuel for your creative imagination. Find Your London
