So, you might like to add them just before eating so that they retain their crunchiness. You can also add them to your oatmeal or yogurt to add some fiber to them. Make your smoothies delectable – The nutty flavor of chia seeds is a welcome addition to your smoothies. Just add some ground chia seeds to your chocolate smoothie, green smoothie or banana smoothie and get your daily dose of minerals, vitamins, proteins and fiber. They can boost the nutritive value of any smoothie and also help to make its consistency thick. You can also add chia seeds to your puddings and breakfast porridge.
